as fully as possible completed data. Your message will be reviewed without fail;
you will receive a message about the results of the actions taken regarding the alleged violation
of exclusive rights. The complaint will be reviewed within a period not exceeding 5 (five) business days.
In accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the administration is ready to consider disputes
within the framework of pre-trial (claim or other) settlement procedure.
ATTENTION! We do not control the addition of videos to the directory. We are a search engine
that searches for video files throughout the Internet. However, in any case, we will consider all your correctly
formulated requests regarding links to information that violates your rights.
In the letter, you must provide the following data:
1. Product data:
1.1. Product name - Russian and English (if an English version is available).
1.2. The official product page on the Internet (if available).
1.3. The number assigned to the product by the state register.
1.4. For a Legal Entity / Right holder of electronic publications / computer programs / databases -
a copy of the state registration document.
For a Legal Entity / Right holder of film and video materials - a distribution certificate (copy).
2. Right holder data:
2.1. Full name of the legal entity.
2.2. Postal address (if the legal and postal addresses do not match, the legal address must be specified).
2.3. Right holder website on the Internet.
2.4. License for the right to conduct activities (if such activity is licensed in accordance with the procedure established by law).
2.5. Right holder contact person (full name, position, telephone, email).
3. Data of the person filing the complaint.
3.1. Full name.
3.2. Position.
3.3. Phone.
3.4. email.
3.5. A copy of the power of attorney to act on behalf of the Right holder (not required if the person filing the complaint is
the head of the Right holder company). If the complaint is filed not by the right holder, but by its authorized
representative under power of attorney - a legal entity, a copy of the power of attorney must be provided for the actions
of the individual on behalf of the company authorized by the Right holder power of attorney (not required if
the person filing the complaint is the head of the representative company).
4. Claim data.
4.1. Address of the site page that contains links to data violating the rights.
4.2. Full description of the essence of the rights violation (why distribution of this information is prohibited by the Right holder).
